THE good start to the season continued with all planned games being played across the four divisions during the week and week end except the Portglenone v Dunloy game on Tuesday evening.
In the Michelin Athletic Club-sponsored Intermediate League, Raceview hit double figures but there were heavy defeats for both Clough Rangers Athletic and Portglenone.

SYMPATHY

The deepest sympathy of everyone within the league is extended to the family of the young Dunloy player Matthew McFerran who tragically lost his life last weekend. The news of his death shocked everyone as Matthew had started off brilliantly for Dunloy and had a very promising future within the game.

REFEREES' COURSE

It is hoped to hold a course for anyone interested in becoming a referee commencing late September. If you are interested and wish to obtain more information please contact Billy McIlroy on 02825644326 or 07718809314
