All Saturday's matches in the Ballymena and Provincial Intermediate League were cancelled due to the frozen Arctic conditions - the first time in a long time since there has been a complete blank Saturday.
SYMPATHY
Everyone connected with the league wish to extend to Alan and Nigel Boyd their deepest sympathy on the sudden death of their father Hubert.
Hubert was a very popular person well known within the football fraternity and attended numerous games over the years involving teams connected to the league.
FIXTURES
Matches involving locally-based teams this Saturday, January 9, are:
Intermediate League: Portglenone v Coleraine Crusaders; Clough Rangers Athletic v Desertmartin.
Wkd Intermediate Cup, round three: Raceview v Ballymena United Reserves.
Junior Division One: Chimney Corner Res v Cookstown Athletic.
Junior Division Two: Demesne Strollers v Finvoy.
Junior Division Three: Ballyclare United v Antrim Rovers.
County Antrim Junior Shield, round four: Carniny Amateurs v Basement YM 'A'.
