Enda does the double

From a start list of thirty six, Enda steered his eleven year old Ricardo Z gelding, Clone Ricky Rocketz, to the top spot, over four seconds clear of second placed Brian Smyth on his own Iroko Quarry Diamond.

Not one to rest on his laurels, Enda went one step further to claim the red rosette in the 1.20m where he had just over a one second margin on Quinsflight, a sixteen year old mare by Harlequin du Carel. His nearest rival was William Anderson with James McMurry’s seven year old Iroko mare, Iroko Molly who took some very impressive turns in his unsuccessful bid to oust the leader.

Registered jumping continues at The Meadows on Saturday, April 16, starting promptly at 9.30am with the 80cms class.
