AN exciting day was had by all 29 riders in Mourne Park on Sunday 28th October. There were some very interesting costumes and vibrantly decorated horses.

The club couldn’t have hoped for a better turn out on what started as a winter’s day but cleared up nicely in time for the picnic afterwards serving up some pumpkin soup.

With ribbons hidden all throughout the forest the kids and a few grown ups were in their element collecting them and, of course, the very competitive young Tiernan O’Hare came up tops with the most.
