Halfway stage for Olympic league

THE second week of the Omagh RDA show jumping series took place on Saturday with yet another sunny day.

With one more qualifying day before the final on 20th October, many competitors will be visiting the Arvalee based centre to gather those all important points.

Jumping remained competitive, over the courses designed by local course designer, Mr John Chambers.

After extensive works being carried out on the surface, thanks to Mr K Bogle, Mr D Campbell and Mr J Robinson for their works throughout the week, the surface provided plenty of grip and bounce for riders, perfect for those riders competing against the clock.

The third week takes place this Saturday 6th October, with Starter Stakes commencing at 10.30am.

Class 6: 80cms Novice - Double Clears - 1st Erin Crawford, Roger.

Class 7: 80cms Open - 1st Erin Crawford, Sea Biscuit.

Class 8: 90cms Novice - No Clears
