IT was a very busy Bank Holiday weekend at Gransha Equestrian Centre with Working Hunter on Saturday and Show Jumping on Sunday.
On Saturday in the small classes there were not so many ponies, but the lack of quantity was certainly made up for by the excellent quality of the ponies and turn out of the riders.
As the day moved on the numbers built up and at 6.30pm it was great to see eleven top quality Working Hunter Horses competing in the 1.10m class.
As the show was arranged at the last moment when Killyleagh Show was cancelled, it was difficult to publicise the event. Contact was made to everyone on the Gransha e-mail list, so if anyone wishes to be added to the list the e-mail address is granshariding@btconnect.com.
