THE weather blessed the first and second of the four weekly summer training shows at Ardnacashel in Comber, giving all who competed and spectated a smashing day of sunshine and sport.
There were rosettes for All Under 12s regardless of results.
The training shows will run for a further two weeks on Sundays with the Under 12 section starting at 10am with the mini crosspole class progressing as the morning goes on up to 50cm, with
rosettes for all regardless of results.
All ages classes from crosspole - 1m
The all ages classes begin at 12 noon, again with a novice crosspole class, followed by classes from 60cm- 1m to cater for all ages and levels of horses and riders. Organisers want to emphasise that these training shows are to help riders educate their horses with bright fences, plenty of fillers and a good surface to jump off. If fences need altered to allow for riders to complete the course, this will be done willingly.
