Despite being the wettest day of the wettest August on record the field remained firm and the support in the inclement weather was remarkable. The organisers decided curtail the event to the showing classes.
Every competitor deserves the highest praise. Their enthusiasm shone through, the standard of showing was high and their continued support of this community show is much appreciated. The judges were Mr Paddy Traynor and Mr Scott Ferrie.
Armoy Community Association would like to sincerely thank the judges, Danny McKinley and Sheans Horse Farm, Anne Morrison, the medical team Dr Mary Burns and Ann Marie Moore, the volunteer helpers and a special word of thanks goes to the many competitors who supported us and helped to make this event such a resounding success.
