After three weeks of qualifiers, the jump off to decide the prize winners in this year's Ards Riding Club Summer Show Jumping League took place on Wednesday 25th June.
Conditions were absolutely perfect and the Club would very much like to thank Mr & Mrs John Robinson for the use of their excellent Bairdstown Road, Ballywalter venue.
Places were hottly contested and Ards Riding Club was very glad to welcome spo
nsor Mrs Karen McCracken of BMF Agri to present the prizes at the final.
Due to BMF Agri's generousity the Club's prize fund was increased still further with the winners of each class walking away with brand new numnahs including the new much sought after high tech Apollo saddle pads for the Open class winners.
Next on the Ards Riding Club agenda is the Working Hunter Show on Saturday 5th July - also at the Bairdstown Road, Ballywalter venue. The show is open to all and all entries will be taken on the field. Schedules available from Liz 07706 070 603 or from the website www.ardsridingclub.org. uk.
