485 head sold on Friday in a magnificent trade.

Suckler cows to £1550 for a BB cow and Ch bull calf from Rathfriland.

In the heifer section a 528k AA heifer sold at £1300 from Dromara or 246p/k. A Castlewellan farmer reached £1205 for heifers. A 380k Lim from Dromore sold at £810.

There were some great bullocks in the entry of 150. A Kilkeel farmer reached £1200. Newry farmer: £1120. Warringstown farmer: £1060 and £1030. Banbridge farmer: £1045. Dromore farmer: £1020 etc. 154 weanlings saw a Ballyward farmer averaged 266p/k for 7 to a top of 2778p/k. An Annesborough farmer reached 288p/k for 14 Ch weanlings. A top of £900 was paid for a Rathfriland farmer.

Dropped calves and young bullocks sold to £540 and £520 for a Dromara farmer. Heifer calves to £430 for a Katesbridge farmer.
