A Newry farmer sold a calved heifer at £1360. A Loughgall farmer sold a calved heifer at £1300 several more sold from a £1000 to £1090.

An entry of Ayrshire maiden heifers sold to £700 each and a further 8 heifers selling from £530 to £680 each.

CULL COWS: 190 cull cows. Beef bred cows to £146 per 100 kilos for 524k at £910. Main demand from £120 to 137 per 100 kilos. Fleshed Friesian cows sold to £110 per 100 kilos for 700k at £770 with a top price of £940 for a 860k Friesian cow. Main demand from £100 to £109 per 100 kilos.
