Famed for their fast reaction to orders for cattle and sheep ear tags the Fane Valley Stores team will be in action at the Q8 Oils Spring Farm and Construction Machinery Show.

During the event this week, on Wednesday and Thursday, February 17-18, in Balmoral Park, Lisburn all three types of BVD tissue ear tags approved for use in Northern Ireland will be demonstrated on the Fane Valley Stores stand.

Less than a fortnight later, from Tuesday, March 1 BVD tissue sampling tags will be required by law to be placed in all calves born on NI farms. For tags bought from Fane Valley Stores tissue sampling has been arranged at AFBI veterinary science labs. The farmer simply posts the samples in the envelope provided.

The three tag types approved for use in NI, the Caisley, Allflex and Typifix, will be shown on the Fane Valley stand with experienced staff on hand to help make tagging easy at a pleasing price. Place an initial order for at least 50 BVD tissue sampling tags and a free applicator is yours.
