Glarryford YFC members were very excited to return to the Arts Festival Gala on the Young Farmers’ Clubs of Ulster’s 85th anniversary.

Glarryford were one of five clubs given the opportunity to perform at Belfast’s Waterfront Hall on Saturday 28th March.

The club’s production was entitled “The Real McCoy”.

This year Glarryford took on the theme of horse racing which unveiled Tony McCoy taking this old tired horse Vincero to the Galway Races to save the Old Jockey Club, with lots of antics on the way.

The production reached a photo finish with Tony and Vincero winning the race.

This year’s production was produced by Melissa McCombe and Jimmy and Judy King.

The musicians were Melissa McCombe accompanying on piano and Harry Gaston on drums.

The Choreography was by Rachael Frew, Courtney Finlay and Catherine Armstrong.

Glarryford were delighted to pick up the prizes for best choral piece and outstanding performance of the night.

These prizes wouldn’t have been possible if it wasn’t for the hard work and dedication of the producers musicians and cast.

The club would like to thank all their supporters, producers, musicians and cast for all their support.
