The Glasson Herd of Philip and Simon Haffey have a number of exciting entries catalogued for the Holstein bull sale, taking place in Kilrea next Tuesday, December 2nd.

Lot 3 is Glasson Senitor. His grand dam is Goldwyn Sara 2 Ex 92, an amazing natural milk cow having produced 69,800 ltrs of milk at 4.78%fat 3.55% protein in her first three lactations

She was the Grand champion at Balmoral show 2011 and the McLarnon’s Champion of Champions that same year. All her six milking daughters have classified VG as two year olds. Senitor’s sire is M SSI DCY MOGUL, the hottest bull on the planet at the minute.

He is a strong bull with no Shottle or Oman in his pedigree.

Glasson Brutus and Glasson Blaster , lots 4 and 8 respectively at Kilrea both have the famous Weeton Freeman El Balise Ex 93 as their grand dam.

As a result, both young bulls come from one of the most consistent fat and protein families anywhere in the world.

Their pedigrees contain five consecutive generations of excellent cows with massive fats and proteins as high as 6.46% fat and 3.86% protein.

The dam of both animals has just calved for the fourth time and was classified Ex 94 in October.

They both have outcross pedigrees with no Shottle Goldwyn, Oman or Bolton genetics in their bloodlines.

The sires of these bulls are Sully Hart Meridian and Gibbs I Claynook Dude.
