A call of 740gns from the same buyer secured a third Ballycreelly in lamb shearling ewe, this time by Ballycreelly Whatnot and scanned in lamb to Ballycreelly Devilsadvocate. Continuing with the Ballycreely breeding, they invested 700gns twice for two ewe lambs, one by Ballycreelly Whynot and the first prize winner by Yarcombe Topper.

A further bid of 620gns was paid for a Ballyvester shearling ewe entered by the McCarthys and bred by E Robinson, Donaghadee, County Down. Sired by Ballycreelly Whatthedevil and scanned in lamb with twins by the Royal Welsh interbreed champion Glanrafon George, she sold to L Cooke, Ormskirk, Lancashire.

A Ballycreelly aged ewe from the McCarthys was secured at 600gns by E Metcalfe, Nethy Bridge, Scottish Highlands. Scanned in lamb to twins by Yarcombe Topper, this ewe was sired by Moneycarragh Millionaire.
