235 spring lambs sold in a good trade on Tuesday with a top of £91.50 for 24k from Drumarkin.

The top 10 lots sold from £88 to £91.50. 188 fat ewes sold to £118 for a Garvaghy farmer. Hoggets cleared up to £89 for 26k. Breeders sold to £182 for five ewes with 10 lambs from Ballynahinch.

LAMBS: A top of 407 pence paid for 21k @ £85.50 from Drumarkin. Cabragh farmer 22.5k @ £88 or 393 pence per kilo. Ballyroney farmer 22k @ £88.50. Drumarkin farmer 24k @ £91.50. A top of £800 was paid to a Hilltown farmer for a 512k Lim male. A 320k Blue male from Warrenpoint sold @ £790. A large entry of dropped calves up to a few months sold to £480 for a Sim bull from Bryansford and £460 for a Blue from Dromara. The top 20 calves from £300 to £480. Suckler cows and calves sold to £1330 for a Backaderry farmer with a Banbridge farmer reaching £1270 and Drumarkin farmer at £1220. A pedigree Angus bull from Clough @ £1270.
