Six men arrested after 'serious assault' in Co Antrim bar.
Police said that at around 6pm a group of men entered McConnell's Bar on Main Street in Doagh with weapons including hammers and baseball bats before attacking a man in his 40s.
The man was taken to hospital where he's being treated for serious but non-life threatening injuries.
Detective Sergeant Robinson said: "We believe that the males then left the scene on foot to waiting cars and left the area.

All classes of sheep improved in price on Tuesday evening.

Fat lambs showed the biggest increase to £85.50 for 26k from Loughbrickland. Many more lambs sold from £82 to £85.50.

A top of 377 pence per kilo was paid for 15.5k @ £60 from Dromara. A Ballymageough farmer sold 17.5k @ £66. Fat ewes sold to £104 for five suffolks from Downpatrick. Annalong farmer: £94. Annaclone farmer: £87 for 18 ewes. Annalong farmer: 5 ewes @ £86 etc.

527 cattle were sold on Friday following on from Monday night’s suckler calf sale.

Over 200 weanlings saw Kilkeel farmer reach £890 for Lim males and £795 for a Ch heifer. An Edenagarry farmer reached 265p/k for 258k @ £685 and 264p/k for 286k @ £755. The vast majority of weanlings sold at over £2.00p/k. A much larger entry of heifers sold to £955 for a 500k Ch from Banbridge with quite a few heifers at over £900. A large entry of bullocks cleared up to £1140 for a 630k Ch from Rathfriland. A Dromara farmer reached £1100 for Ch bullocks. Friesian bullocks were a particularly good trade to 160p/k for 584k @ £935 from Dromara. Faw cows sold to 129p/k for a 696k Sim @ £900. Suckler stock sold to £1360 and £1350 from a Bryansford farm. Breeding bulls to £1060 and £1000. Fewer dropped calves but they sold in an excellent trade. Young bull calves to £405 for a Hereford.

Dromara farmer: £345, £330, £320 and £300 for BB. Annalong farmer: £405, twice for AA heifers. Loughbrickland farmer: Angus bull £340. Hillsborough farmer: AA bull £340.
