Members of the NI Blonde cattle club stepped out of their welly boots and into their dancing shoes, for the club’s annual dinner dance.

The evening also featured the annual presentation of awards, which was held at Corick House Hotel, Clogher.

Everyone agreed that it was a great end to the year with a good venue, good food, good music and most of all good company.

Club Chairman John Houston thanked everyone for attending. Following on, sponsors were thanked for their continued support; Oddball engineering for supporting the club throughout the year, Bank of Ireland for sponsoring the NI Calf Championship and Richard Martin Supplies.

Thanks were also extended to the committee members for their help and support as well as others who had helped the club.

The chairman concluded by reflecting on the success of the breed during 2014.

The presentation of awards was carried out by Sean Burns from the Bank of Ireland.
