The Northern Ireland Rare Breed Survival Trust Northern Ireland Support Group holds its popular Annual Show and Sale at Gosford Forest Park, Markethill, on Saturday 5th September 2015.

Showing kicks off at 10.00am and there is plenty to see with cattle, sheep, pigs, poultry and equines being exhibited.

There are also auctions of cattle, sheep and pigs providing an opportunity to increase your breeding stock or start a new rare breed enterprise.

Craft stalls will feature including wool-craft and stick making.

There will also be a display of working donkeys with historic implements which is
the first time this exhibit has run alongside the rare breed show.

Food on offer will include burgers made from rare breed meat enabling those attending to try some of the produce from these historic breeds for themselves.

The Rare Breed Survival Trust is the UK’s only charity dedicated to supporting native farm livestock genetics.
