Santa’s Pony Parade was held on December 13th in Ballycastle.

In a few short hours, a group of over 30 festively dressed horses, riders (and even dogs) raised £1,300 for charity, with subsequent donations being made after people saw the event.

The final total was £1,500.26p, a massive sum of money from the very generous people of Ballycastle and surrounding area. The event was organised by Nicole and Roisin McGinn, Karenann Toney and Mairead McVeigh, and was supported by Ballycastle and Rural Riding Community. Roisin McGinn, along with horse Jake, is pictured presenting the cheque to Stephen Thompson from the Motor Neurone Disease Association. Roisin wished to thank everyone for their generosity.
