An entry of 500 store cattle, weanlings and sucklers at Markethill on Saturday 21st November sold in a steady trade.

BULLOCKS: The 210 store bullocks included several pens of top quality middleweights which sold from £200 to £227 for 366k at £830. Forward steers to £200 for 500k at £1000. Main demand from £180 to £198 for 598k at £1185. Good quality Friesian bullocks to £151 for 482k at £725. Forward friesians to £142 for 686k at £975. All good quality Friesians from £125 to £140 per 100 kilos.
