Successful year for courses at Loughry

The graduation ceremony at Queen’s University, Belfast on the 3 July 2015 marked the end of another successful year for the Post Graduate Programmes at Loughry Campus, CAFRE.

Ten students received their Masters (MSc) in Communication with four students achieving a distinction grade. This follows on from December past when eight students completed and graduated from the Communication programme.

Dr Roy Nelson, programme manager, congratulated the students on their hard work and commitment over the past year, in carrying out and completing their Masters Research project and also wished them well as they seek to develop and take on new challenges in their careers.

Post-graduate programmes will be continuing at Loughry Campus, CAFRE this September.

The application window is now open for students to apply for the MSc in Business for Agri-Food and Rural Enterprise.

The aim of the programme is to develop people’s knowledge and competences enabling them to achieve positive change and development within the agri-food and rural business sectors.
