Tesco are returning to the 147th Balmoral Show on 13th-15th May as platinum sponsor and dedicated supporter.

They have a great involvement with the Show and sponsor the Children’s Farm, Commercial Cattle and ‘Showmakers’.

Volunteer Now, the lead organisation for volunteering in Northern Ireland, is recruiting and supporting the ‘Showmakers’ who are the visitors’ first point of contact when entering the Showgrounds.

The Showmakers will be meeting and greeting, assisting with orientation, dealing with queries from the general public and will be happy to help in any way they can.

Volunteer Now encourages people to volunteer and promote a wide range of volunteering opportunities as well as offering support to volunteer involving organisations.

Lindsay Armstrong, Regional Manager Volunteer Now commented: “Volunteer Now is delighted to once again be supporting the Balmoral Show.

“There is a wealth of volunteering already taking place across Northern Ireland and this is yet another opportunity for people to volunteer their time as ‘Showmakers’ at a major prestigious event.”
