The Templepark Flock owned by William and James Herdman, 86 Killysorrell Road, Ashfield, Dromore, Co Down, hosted this year’s Texel stockjudging and charity auction event at their family farm on Saturday, August 6.

Members, friends and commercial breeders alike had an evening packed with activities including the stockjudging event, a Charity Auction in aid of the Southern Area Hospice, a barbecue, trade stands and a bouncy castle and games for the kids.

Winners of the Over 30 Age Group at the Templepark Texels Stockjudging event were Nigel Ross (1st), Ian Millar (2nd), Billy Cubbitt and Gardiner Murdock (3rd tie).

The Northern Ireland Texel Club would like to thank the Herdman family for hosting this year’s event, everyone who helped out on the night and all the sponsors who donated to support the competitions and the Charity Auction.
