YFCU school’s programme

The Young Farmers Clubs’ of Ulster (YFCU) Schools Programme ‘From Field to Fork’ supported by Moy Park, the YFCU’s community events sponsor, and run in association with Tesco and Dunbia are preparing for another year of school visits beginning in September.

Secondary school pupils from year 10 and above have the opportunity to learn about the agri-food industry including; basic steps of the food chain from producer to processor to retailer in addition to giving students the opportunity to find out about the many career options available in the agri-industry and promoting the activities and work of YFCU.

Experts in their field will be available to present an interactive and engaging presentation to the students and will include an active farmer and representatives from Moy Park, Dunbia and Tesco NI.
