STAY AWAY if looking a good night out with good cocktails, by the worse cocktails we've ever tasted simply just cheap drink with mixer shocking and expensive
STAFF ARE USELESS STAND BEHIND BAR CHATTING WHILE YOU WIT TO GET SERVED
FOOD was not impressive either expected 10 times better

Decent pub with a small restaurant area at one end that served a decent portion of fish, chips and mushy peas. Recommended.

good beer, good friendly atmosphere, good staff (no last orders bell, staff come to your table to let you know and ask if you want a last drink)

Exceptionally friendly staff, a nice atmosphere and excellent draught Guinness make this bar the ideal spot for a break from shopping at Victoria Square.

I think The Kitchen Bar is of my favourite pubs in Belfast.
It is a historical pub. In 1859 it was a watering hole for loats of star performers of Belfast’s famous music hall, which was called The Empire.
The Kitchen Bar’s food menu is known to be very delicious, they are famous for their home made soda bread opped with chicken or ham and tomatoes, onions and melting cheese.
They also have live music, traditional Irish sessions and they host private parties too. In a nut-shell this is a pub to visit, so go down there and treat yourself to a pint :-)
