Ricky Johnston, Teemore Engineering, and Pat Hackett, Dovea Genetics, start the race to the National Charolais Show in Fintona Picture: Columba O'Hare
A BIG show of Charolais is expected as a bumper number of entries have been received to date for Fintona.
This is a special year for the club as they prepare for the World Congress tours with herd visits arranged at Coolnaslee and Killadeas and the National Charolais Show in Fintona is the jewel in the crown. The visitors can be sure to have a packed and exciting time in Northern Ireland. They will be warmly welcomed and have plenty of quality Charolais cattle to view.
The British Society are finalising the preparations for the tour and the club in Northern Ireland looks forward to making new and important links for the industry. The National Show at Fintona is kicking off the show on Saturday 16th June at 1.30pm sharp with the popular Young Handlers Competition followed by the pedigree and commercial classes with a Super Sire Parade sponsored by Weatherbys.
Why not come along and join this prestigious event in the Ecclesville Centre, Fintona.
