Held in partnership with the Donkey Breed Society, the museum’s ever popular annual Donkey Day is about celebrating donkeys and highlighting the role they have played in Ulster’s rural history.

Visitors to the museum on Saturday can enjoy watching donkeys take on the donkey course, egg and spoon races and musical chairs. There will also be a parade of donkeys around the Ballycultra Town area.
