The birds were liberated on Saturday 23/04/16 at 10.30 am into a light northerly breeze. Top bird on the day winning 1st Club Newry & Dist, 1st Sect G (82/3,156) & 1st Open (924/26,890) belongs to Bobby Woods & Son. Their latest top performer is a yearling blue hen and is bred from stock from good friend Tony Smyth from Downpatrick with bloodlines originating from Oroory Hill Stud, Dromore.
