Enniskillen annual autumn show and sale
Mr Richard Sproule, Castlederg, won first and third prize for his Suffolk cross ewes including the champion pen of ewes for S R Martin Perpetual Challenge Cup. His top price ewes sold for £174, £172, £160, £156, £152 and £150.
Mr Paul Leonard, Aghalane, had a run of strong quality ewes winning prizes in the Suffolk cross and Continental cross classes and topped the sale at £185 for a pen of eight, followed by £170, £165 and £162

Mr R McClelland had prize winners in the grey face and Continental cross classes and sold from £130 to £148 per head.
The Suffolk cross ewe lamb class was won by Mr Patrick Gallen, Castlederg, with a great run of 72 lambs selling from £96 to £112.
Second prize was awarded to William Patterson, Castlederg, and sold for £96.
The class for Continental cross ewe lambs was also won by Mr Patterson selling for £94, second was James Henderson, Trillick at £86 and third Alan Brady, Florencecourt who sold for £84.

Trade all around was considered positive and steady with a good attendence of buyers at the rings throughout the sale.
180 rams: Rams sold to 560 guineas paid to Mr Seamus McGuinness, Letterbreen, for a straight cross Texel Charolais shearling, also 450gns and 430gns.
Mr Charles Seaman, Florencecourt: Texel shearlings 450gns, 440gns, 400gns, 390gns and a Texel ram lamb at 300gns.
