The Young Farmers’ Clubs of Ulster (YFCU) annual ten pin bowling competition recently took place at Lisburn Bowl and Brunswick Movie Bowl with sponsor Northern Counties Co-Operative Enterprises Ltd (NCCE).

The Young Farmers’ Clubs of Ulster have partnered with the Irish Football Association (IFA) to create an exciting 12 week female fitness programme.

Road safety lessons for local pupils

Local school pupils have been given a lesson in road safety as part of a joint initiative between Causeway Coast and Glens Policing and Community Safety Partnership, the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service and PSNI Roads Police.

YFCU members get involved in the Grassroots Challenge

YFCU clubs all over Northern Ireland are continuing to take up The Grassroots Challenge – an exciting youth empowerment initiative which is led by Ulster Wildlife and provides young people with the skills, knowledge and confidence to give nature a helping hand in their local communities, through the delivery of “wild idea” projects.

The YFCU’s annual ten pin bowling competition will be taking place on Wednesday, 11th January 2017.

As part of the YFCU Know Your Neighbour Christmas Toy Campaign Co Fermanagh young farmers held a coffee morning and cake sale in the Regal Hall, Enniskillen when members gathered an impressive number of toys for their chosen charity, the Northern Ireland Cancer Fund for Children. The event also raised �558.43 from the cake sale and coffee morning which will also be donated to the charity

Young farmers give generously to festive Christmas toy appeal

Young Farmers’ Clubs of Ulster members from all over Northern Ireland recently got together to continue the Calor Know Your Neighbour campaign as they ran a Christmas Toy Appeal aiming to connect with the local community and help those in need.
