COUNTY Tyrone held their annual County Knockout, tractor handling and farm safety competitions over the summer month of August in the usual venue of Omagh Showground's.
This year the competition was well supported, which added to the fun of the night.
In the knockout each club where required to enter a team and bring their own part for the competition.
The closely fought competition ended with Newton being crowned the winners.
The tractor handling proved to be another entering part to the night, especially for the onlookers with David Hall, Cappagh, winning the male section and Clare Richardson, Cookstown, winning the female.
Members finished the night by showing of their knowledge of what they believed was safe and not with the farm safety competition.
Winning the under 16 girls section was Leanne Buchan on, Tribune, and the over 16 girls was shared between Jenny Crockett, Derg Valley, and Gillian Wilson, Capping. The male under 16 was won by David Hall and over 16 Matthew Alexander.
The county would like to thank the Tyrone farming society for the use of the showground's for the night and also Agri-power for the kind use of the tractor also.
Finally the county would like to thank the members for their participation and hope next year proves to be as big a success.
