THE clubs that are performing at the annual Young Farmers' Clubs of Ulster Arts Festival Gala evening were announced at the second Arts Festival performance that took place recently at Ballee High School, Ballymena.
Sponsored by the NFU Mutual Insurance Society Limited, the YFCU Annual Arts Festival took place last week on two nights at two venues. A total of 8 clubs took to the stage to perform and from these five were selected to go on to the YFCU Arts Festiv

At each Arts Festival performance, the clubs were assessed by adjudicators Ross Anderson, David McClarty and Robin Hewitt. They were evaluated on content, presentation, technical competence, audience appeal and general effect. On Friday night Mr. David McClarty announced the names of the clubs who were awarded a Special Merit accolade for their routine and the chance to perform in the Millennium Forum.
