Crozier takes first place in Grand Prix competition
COLLONE YFC held their annual go karting Grand Prix competition in Newry with 30 members taking part.
The evening was greatly enjoyed by all with Gareth Crozier gaining 1st place, followed by Thomas Carvill (2nd) and Matthew Crozier(3rd). Collone 5 aside girls football team recently took part in the premiliary heats for Balmoral Show.
The team consisted of Gillian Graham, Sharon Reid, Justine Richardson, Sarah Jane Allen, Helen Crozier and Dora Nesbitt.
Three Collone members recently participated in the sheep shearing trials (Alan McCarragher, Gareth Vogan and Philip Kennedy) Philip went on to represent Collone at Balmoral Show and won the Young Farmers Novice Class Sheep Shearing Competition.
