QUESTIONS were being asked of young people up at Stormont last week on their ideas for a Northern Ireland Youth Assembly.
Proposals to establish a youth assembly have been drafted and some 80 young people from all over Northern Ireland gathered to have their say on the idea.
Participants were welcomed by the deputy speaker, David McClarty, who outlined his support for the proposals and presentations were made by youth representatives from Dáil na nÓg and the Scottish Youth Parliament.
Making their voice heard on behalf of the YFCU were James Purcell (Dungiven YFC), Mark McAuley (Glarryford YFC) and Brooks Allen (Collone YFC).
