THE Young Farmers' Clubs of Ulster (YFCU) is looking forward to another AGM and Conference on Saturday April 19th, 2008 and with the support of TESCO the Association will be joined by visiting delegates from its sister organisations.
As in previous years the Association was delighted to be joined at the Slieve Donard Hotel in Newcastle by visiting delegates and exchangees from sister organisations Macra na Fierme, Scottish Association of Young Farmers' Clubs, National Federation
of Young Farmers' Clubs and Wales Young Farmers' Clubs. With the help from TESCO the delegates will enjoy participation in all of the weekend's events.
Like 2007, the visiting guests will reinforce the value and importance of the relationship enjoyed by all five of the Young Farmers' Clubs throughout the UK and Ireland.
YFCU President Adrian Cooper was delighted to learn that TESCO agreed to come onboard to sponsor the visit of the delegates from the Association's sister organisations to the YFCU AGM and Conference.
"To have visitors from our sister organisations at the YFCU AGM and Conference is a very special part of the event as this helps build upon the strong relationships that exist between the associations," said Adrian.
"I would like to extend a note of thanks to Cliff Kells and his team in TESCO for coming onboard to sponsor this part of our AGM and we look forward to another successful event," he added.
