5. Mo
Mo is a handsome one-year-old Springer X Cocker Cross. He is a super boy, and a typical Spaniel with his funny antics and love for the great outdoors. Mo will need an adult only home that will be willing to work alongside the centre's training and behaviour team to ensure the correct measures are taken to manage his guarding behaviours in the home. Mo has lived with cats successfully in the past, and so may be able to share his new home with dog-savvy cats, if properly introduced and managed. He may also be able to share his home with another dog, pending successful meets at the centre. He has been a comfort to other Dogs Trust dogs that have needed a kennel buddy during their stay. Adopters should be prepared to travel to the rehoming centre a few times to meet with Mo and work closely with the training and behaviour team to set Mo up for success in his new home. He is an active boy and loves to get out on daily adventures - he especially loves the forest! Therefore, he would be best suited to someone who enjoys an active lifestyle. Mo enjoys using his brain on various enrichment activities and, of course, is delighted to receive plenty of attention. (Pic: Dogs Trust) Photo: Dogs Trust

6. INFL-21-05-24-Dogs Trust Murphy-NIRupload.jpg
Murphy is a lovely friendly chap who, despite being 11 years old, still thoroughly enjoys playing ball games and getting lots of attention from his foster carer, especially getting a good scratch and going for walks where he can sniff through the grass. Once he is satisfied that he has received enough attention, he will happily lie on the floor having a snooze. Everyone that meets Murphy immediately has a new best friend, especially if they have a ball or tasty treat to offer! He has the waggiest tail and the happiest demeanour, it is hard not to smile when he is around. Murphy is happy being left alone for a few hours so far, and he is housetrained. With being an older gentleman, Murphy is on daily medication for pain relief. This can be discussed more with the team at Ballymena if you come to meet him. (Pic: Dogs Trust) Photo: Dogs Trust

7. Ginny
Ginny is a beautiful three-year-old crossbreed. She is an amazing dog who has made best friends with her canine carers at the centre. She is super loving, and everyone knows to expect the biggest cuddles when Ginny’s around! She is looking for a dog-experienced home where everyone is over the age of 16 and will love her as part of the family. Ginny has no previous experience of being around younger children, so will be more comfortable if there are no visiting children to her new home. Ginny is a playful, active girl who loves nothing more than chasing a ball and having fun with her people. Therefore, a decent-sized, secure garden will be amazing for Ginny to enjoy some off-lead playtime. In her forever home, Ginny would like to be the only pet. Her adopters should be able to be at home with her during the day to initially settle her into her new routine and environment. After this, Ginny should be able to be left for a few hours as she is fully housetrained and enjoys chilling out in her bed during down time. Potential adopters should be able to come to the Rehoming Centre for meets prior to adoption so that she can get to know you. (Pic: Dogs Trust) Photo: Dogs Trust

8. Shadow
Shadow is a lovely five-year-old Poodle searching for a home to call her own. She is a lively girl with plenty of energy for fun adventures and games in the garden! Shadow can live with older children that have been around dogs before as she likes to jump up and say hello. She has previously lived with other dogs and can live with another suitable dog after successful meets at the rehoming centre. Shadow really enjoys running around outside and sniffing out her surroundings. Therefore, a secure outdoor space will be amazing for her. Shadow’s adopters will need to be around for most of the day as she has never been left alone for long periods before. Once she gets to know someone, Shadow is a very affectionate girl and adores a good fuss. She will make a wonderful companion for someone. (Pic: Dogs Trust) Photo: Dogs Trust
