‘Drive In’ specials at Ballee

The Faith Mission are having a special week of Drive In services at Ballee Playing Fields on the outskirts of Ballymena from Sunday, 25th April to Friday, 30th April at 8pm.

The theme is ‘Standing strong in uncertain times’ and over the six nights various speakers will bring ministry to encourage and strengthen the faith of believers.

On Sunday, 25th Rev Andrew Mullan will look at Faith in God’s Character and The Montgomery Sisters will be along to sing.

On Monday 26th, Mr Trevor Matthews, former director of The Faith Mission in Ireland will speak on the Faith we can have in God’s Word and Mr John Porter will be singing.

On Tuesday 27th Rev Tom Shaw will preach on Faith in God’s Purpose and local singers ‘The Brook Quartet’ will also be sharing.

On Wednesday 28th Pastor William McCandless will be speaking on Faith in God’s Promises and Mr Philip Boles will sing.

On Thursday 29th Rev Jonathan Currie will address the subject of Faith in God’s Presence and ‘Solid Ground’ will bring musical ministry.

The final night on Friday 30th will see Pastor Billy Jones speak on Faith in God’s Power and the Heavenly Sunshine group from Castledawson will sing.

A spokesman for The Faith Mission said: “We would encourage people to avail of this opportunity to gather and hear God’s Word in a safe environment.

“There is ample car parking and we have been looking forward to this ministry week for some time.

“This also marks the first in a series of events at which the new Faith Mission Gospel Truck will be in operation. While it has multiple outreach purposes, for the next number of months the main focus will be on Drive In events.
