Prices just keep on rising for another good entry of quality store and weanling cattle on offer at Lisnaskea Livestock Sales on Tuesday 11th March.

This week strong weanling males sold to £1870 for a 430kg Charolais (£435) a 400kg Charolais sold to £1650 (£413) a 260kg Charolais sold to £1340 (£515) a 270kg Charolais sold to £1300 (£481) to a high of £523 per 100kg for a 260kg Charolais to £1340.

Cows and calves sold to £2080 for an Irish Moile cow with an Aberdeen Angus heifer calf at foot.

Weanling heifers sold to £1780 for a 470kg Limousin (£379) £1760 for 465kg Charolais (£378) a 340kg Charolais sold to £1340 (£394) with a 310kg Charolais to £1360 (£439) a 330kg Charolais sold to £1440 (£436) and a 230kg Charolais sold to £1100 (£478).
