UFU to hold teleconference to address Electronic Communications Code concerns

The Ulster Farmers’ Union (UFU) says members across Northern Ireland (NI) are dealing with the impact of the new Electronic Communications Code.

Mobile phone operators are offering much lower payment rates for mobile phone masts and are putting many farmers under pressure to agree to new contracts.

A teleconference to address members concerns will be held on Tuesday 30 June 2020.

UFU members wishing to join the teleconference are asked to register their attendance with Angela Scott via email on [email protected] or call UFU HQ on 028 9037 0222.

The teleconference will begin at 7.30pm on 30 June. Details on how to join the teleconference call will be shared once members register their attendance.

If you have any queries in advance of the meeting, please contact Sarah Morrell at [email protected].
