During the YFCU virtual AGM the winners of the junior and senior members of the year awards were also announced.

Member of the year awards go to individual members who have been dedicated to supporting and growing the YFCU

The YFCU would like to thank United Feeds for continuing to sponsor the member of the year competition.

The YFCU take great pleasure to announce Victoria Currie from Kilraughts YFC as junior member of the year and Adam Alexander from Kilrea YFC as senior member of the year.

Commenting on the competition, Clarence Calderwood, United Feeds, said: “United Feeds are again pleased to support this prestigious competition within the YFCU competition calendar.

“It is great to see the enthusiasm of the members who were finalists in both the Junior and Senior categories and to hear how they and their clubs have adapted to the limitations imposed through the pandemic.

“The competition finalists are reflective of the resilient nature and optimism that has always been to the forefront in YFCU members.

“We would like to especially congratulate the worthy winners of each category and also commend all the finalists for their commitment to the organisation and wider communities.”
