Seventy plus riders representing 15 riding clubs from across Northern Ireland assembled at The Meadows Equestrian Centre on Sunday 21st June to compete in the Northern Ireland Riding Club’s Show Jumping Championships.

Course builder Ray Buchanan provided an inviting but challenging course for the competitors.

Despite some heavy showers of rain the day was enjoyed by all and thanks go to Betty Gaston for her help in making it all work.

Thanks too to Maureen Lowry and Sylvia Nicholl who judged on the day.

Qualifiers for the British Riding Club’s Championships were also held and congratulations to those riders from Mossvale and Downshire who qualified to compete in Lincoln in September.
