The largest selection of pedigree beef bulls and females under one roof takes place on Saturday 28th February at the Kings Hall Complex, Belfast (former Balmoral show grounds)

130 top notch bulls and females from the country’s leading breeders are set to come under the hammer at the “Spring Balmoral Bull Sales”. This event was organised following the success of the inaugural autumn sales which were such a huge success. All stock will be eligible for immediate export.

Auctioneer Richard Beattie is the driving force behind the Balmoral Bull Sales, and he is delighted with pre-sale interest so far. “Buyers like the idea of having a big entry to select their future stock bull or pedigree female from. As well as having the best selection available, it also saves time which is a key factor on today’s modern farm.”

The breakdown of the entry is as follows: Charolais bulls 40; Charolais females 12; Limousin bulls 25; Limousin females 8; Hereford bulls 2; Aberdeen Angus bulls 7; British Blue bulls 5; Speckle Park bull 1; British Blonde bull 3; British Blonde females 2; Simmental bulls 13; Simmental females 3; Beef Shorthorn females 2

Judging takes place on Friday 27th February at 3pm (two rings)

All stock are sold under National Beef Association warranties and delivery to central locations can be arranged. A new feature for this sale is that finance can be organised if required to assist with your purchase.
