Ballymiscaw Young Farmers’ Club have had a very busy start to their programme with a wide range of events and activities.

The club have been to many places of interest and their events programme began with a tour of the BBC Studios and a cinema night at Tudor Cinema in Comber.

The club went on the road again for two nights of carol singing around the local coutryside. This was a great success and was enjoyed by all and thanks go to all of those who donated money over the two nights.

Thanks also goes to Ellie and Jean Henderson for providing the club with a hearty supper after the singing.

The first event of 2015 was a tour of the Crumlin Road Gaol in Belfast.

Many members of the club hadn’t visited the gaol before and took a keen interest in the guided tour.

The club continues to grow with many young members and the club is looking forward to an exciting range of events over the next few months including the club AGM and a trip to see Ulster Rugby at Ravenhill.
