It has been a busy time of the year for members of Ahoghill YFC with club meetings and a variety of competitions to take part in.
The floral art competition seen 11 Ahoghill members taking part with member Lucy Hurrell being placed third in the 18-21 age group.
Many Ahoghill members attended the YFCU County Antrim Dinner in Tullyglass House Hotel with member Jason Benton receiving a prize for tractor handling.
In October, Kilrea YFC hosted Ahoghill for an exciting exchange meeting in Kilrea Primary School.
Both clubs had a fantastic turn out of members to take part in a great night of fun and games that Kilrea had organised.
Ahoghill would like to thank Kilrea for this night. The club look forward to hosting their neighbour later in the year.
Members also took part in the public speaking competition which was held in Cullybackey College.
The club would like to thanks Oonagh Chesney for helping the girls prepare for the competition.
The home management competition for this year involved making a photo frame, setting a table, checking a car for oil and decorating a Christmas stocking with over 30 members taking part.
Junior members Stuart Gillespie, Lewis McGall, Jack Cummings, Stephen Speers and Andrew Bowyer, along with senior members Craig Hamilton, Amy Wright, Lucy Hurrell and Rebecca Speers making it through to the next round held in January.
Ahoghill was also hosted by Kells and Connor YFC for an exchange night in November at their hall.
This night involved games organised by Kells and Connor.
