Isuzu have marked their one hundredth year in business by breaking yet more sales records in Northern Ireland.
2015 was the pick-up brand’s best ever year in Northern Ireland, finishing number one for retail sales, and 2016 has already seen over a hundred orders for D-Max placed – before the end of January. It’s a fantastic start, buoyed by the brand’s appeal to business users across the Province.
“We’ve seen record enquiries and orders from small businesses and major fleets in Northern Ireland,” said Colin Wilson, Isuzu NI Fleet Sales Manager.
“With the demise of Land Rover Defender many customers have found themselves without a replacement vehicle, and D-Max has filled the void more than adequately. With 3.5 tonnes towing on all D-Max 4x4s and prices starting from £17,249 delivered to NI - PDI’d, plated, taxed and ready to start work – many more customers are choosing D-Max. With twice the warranty of some of our competitors and three years Roadside Assistance as standard you can be sure you’ll be looked after at Isuzu. Already this year we’ve picked up orders from three major NI utilities, and some of our specialist conversion vehicles such as the cherry-picker platform have gone on to triple work shifts to service demand.
“We have five dealers and three Fleet Centres spread across Northern Ireland for servicing and repairs, and replacement D-Max’s are on our dealer fleet for customer use. Parts are overnight delivery from our UK Parts warehouse so it’s a comprehensive aftersales package.
“We offer superb financial deals thanks to Isuzu D-Max’s class leading residual values – our best seller right now is a two year Contract Hire deal – just £617 down and £206 monthly drives you away in a brand new D-Max Fury Special Edition with alloys, sidesteps, and Magma Red bodywork – stocks are limited so do check this great offer out.
“The D-Max range offers users and choosers trim levels from basic workhorse right through to stylish bespoke leather and air-conditioned cabins with all mod cons, reverse cameras, satnav and Bluetooth multi speaker surround sound systems. It’s a versatile package and a pleasure to drive.”
D-Max comes in three body styles, six speed manual or five speed auto, all powered by a torquey twin turbo 2.5 litre diesel engine that’s mean on juice. Because D-Max is a commercial vehicle it is VAT qualifying. Finance repayments can be offset against the business, and VAT on payments and maintenance can also be reclaimed.
The Benefit in Kind is a flat rate, meaning employees could save thousands of pounds in personal tax against comparable estates and 4x4 cars. It is even possible to offset the entire purchase amount of a new D-Max against a business’s Capital Allowances, allowing companies to freshen their image, increase reliability, reduce maintenance costs and downtime, and importantly save employees money on their personal tax bills, at no extra cost to the employer.
A full range of accessory tops and canopies is available to tailor your D-Max to your business requirements, and the vehicle is tacho ready for those that tow for hire and reward.
