Have you ever fancied owning your own little piece of agricultural history?

Now you can, thanks to a unique piece of machinery which is due to go under the hammer next week.

This Boyd Thrasher, currently owned by Oscar Shields, will be for sale at Kilrea Mart on Saturday 9th April. The thresher was made by Boyd and Sons in the late 1950’s. It attended the Drumquin World Record Threshing and Fun Day on 21 August 2004 and is in good working order.
