Patrick Mackle, of 81 Moy Road, Dungannon, Co Tyrone, pleaded guilty to two charges of failing to notify the death of a bovine animal, one charge of failing to keep a herd register, one charge of failing to comply with a restriction notice prohibiting the movement of a bovine animal and one charge of knowingly providing information which was false.
