Co Antrim machinery dealers Hunter Kane and Son have issued an open invitation to everyone for their open days on Wednesday and Thursday, March 9 and 10.
The Ballycastle-based dealership will be displaying a range of new tractors and machinery and a selection of used machinery during the two day event.
Featuring prominently on the tractor front will be models from Same and Deutz Fahr.
One highlight will be the special display of Same models from down the decades to mark the 30th annversary of the Ballycastle dealership taking on the Same range.
Amongst the Deutz Fahr models on view will be a 6210 which featured in the most recent DVD from the Grassmen, who will be on hand during the open days with their DVD range.
The full range of the ever-popular Pottinger silage wagons including the new Farro and Torro Combilines, grass tedders, rakes and mowers will be on display at the premises.
Pottinger, with more than 50 years’ manufacturing experience, is the leading wagon brand throughout Europe, including across Ireland.
For those customers with a lot of farmyard manure to spread, Hunter Kane and Son have a number of Bunning manure spreaders, including the Bunning 60, a six-tonne capacity machine, and the Bunning 105, a 12.5 tonnes machine available.
This year Hunter Kane and Son will, once again, showcase the Erth Engineering pan buster sub soiler and the agriseeder. We have endured long periods of wet weather across the province so there may be a lot of land that requires a little extra help to break up compaction layers and the Erth machine is ideal for ‘opening up’ the soil structure.
There will also be a range of Hi Spec feeder wagons and slurry tankers on display along with a series of Sulky fertiliser sowers.
Hunter Kane and Son has an extensive range of good used tractors, combines and machinery for customers wanting quality, pre-owned equipment.
In-store disocunts will be offered during the open days. Manufacturers’ representatives will be on hand from all the various machinery companies.
