A very large entry of 900 store cattle and weanlings continued to sell in an excellent trade with the increase in throughput having no effect on demand. Buyers from throughout Northern Ireland export and agents and local purchasers were in attendance.

BULLOCKS

The 385 store bullocks sold in another very strong trade. Forward bullocks sold to £215 for 590k at £1270. All good quality lots from £190 to £214 per 100 kilos. Middleweight steers sold from £190 to £210 for 450k at £950. Forward Friesian steers to £150 for 554k at £830. To price £1035 for 750k. Main demand from £135 to £146 per 100 kilos. Middleweight Friesians from £137 to £156 for 418k at £650.
